The moment November hits, Derby’s Christmas events begin to come through thick and fast but just in case you’re unsure of what to do this year, our team have compiled five of the most exciting Christmas events coming up.
One of this year’s Derby pantomimes is the classic ‘rags to riches’ story of Cinderella. 2018 NODA Award-winning theatre company, Kaleidoscope Players, have put a contemporary spin on the original story, guaranteeing a unique experience for all attendees.
Running from 29th November to 2nd December at Derby Guildhall Theatre, be sure to check when tickets are available because they’ll disappear quickly!
Scrooge: A Christmas Dinner
Available from 2nd to 20th December, Scrooge: A Christmas Dinner, is a brilliant new experience for any Christmas fan. Add a new level of excitement to your Christmas by enjoying a unique and tasty three-course meal, complemented by a frosty Ebenezer Scrooge and the three ghosts.
This is an unusual and interesting event that has proved a hit with many, so why not give it a try?
Moroccan Fire Nights at The Roundhouse
The Roundhouse is a beautifully charming building that holds the title of the oldest locomotive roundhouse in the world. Having been painstakingly restored and developed, The Roundhouse is now a stunning and unique venue for all sorts of different events, including the Moroccan Fire Nights this Christmas.
